The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive. I appreciated the variety in breakfast each morning—perfect for our two-night stay. The clean fitness room offered great machines and fresh towels! Tips, check if your room door has any issues beforehand.

We had a family getaway at this hotel, and the location was perfect! Right next to the Arundel Mills Mall, it was super easy to check out hundreds of stores. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even welcomed our two dogs with open arms.

The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable residue lingering from previous guests. Morning breakfast selections were lacking variety, especially on weekdays, and returning guests faced issues with a malfunctioning TV that only worked sporadically, which can be frustrating.

The room was actually clean and the bed was super comfortable, seriously felt like I was on a cloud. Plus, there were plenty of TV channels to choose from, so we just hung out for a day watching whatever we wanted.

I enjoyed my stay here because I woke up to a wonderful breakfast and great tasting coffee while being just a stroll away from the Arundel Mills Mall for some retail therapy and Jessup-Dorsey Park for a peaceful walk in nature.
